Adutwuaa, a nurse at Kokofu Government Hospital, was last seen preparing porridge for her two-year-old daughter between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. as her family readied for church. Relatives launched a search after her sudden disappearance, finding her deceased in a room. The Ashanti South Regional Police Command confirmed an active investigation into the circumstances.
