Reverend Emmanuel Nketiah, Head Pastor of the Assemblies of God, Living Word Assembly at Abesim near Sunyani, has advised Ghanaian youth to focus on their life-long ambitions and work hard to achieve them.

pastorHe said every young man or woman has the desire to become doctors, engineers, teachers, bankers, administrators, accountants among others but these ambitions do not come on silver platter.

Rev. Nketiah gave the advice in an interview with the Ghana News Agency at Abesim, saying; Essau in the Bible sold his birth right to Jacob, his younger brother, and later regretted and wept bitterly.

?This is why in this current global dispensation; you should not exchange your vision, for worldly pleasures, which could ruin your entire life,? he said.

The Head Pastor also advised the youth not use the social media positively to achieve their vision in life.

He said God the Creator, had good plans for all mankind and that the youth should, therefore, rely on Him totally and serve Him faithfully to enjoy His manifold blessings.

Rev Nketiah advised students who are writing the WASSCE examinations to seek guidance from God to direct their path on their next line of action in order not to lose their focus in life.

?Seek the face of God diligently in prayer, for divine direction in your next stage of life, so that you will not make regrettable mistakes in life,? he said.
