GAZA/RAMALLAH — At least 96 Palestinians were injured in clashes that broke out on Friday afternoon between Palestinian stone throwers and Israeli soldiers in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, medics said.

A spokesman of the health ministry in Gaza said that 65 Palestinians were injured in the Gaza Strip by Israeli troops’ gunfire; including four paramedics and four local cameramen. (Palestinian-Israel-Clashes)

KHARTOUM — The Central Bank of Sudan on Friday said the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) has removed Sudan from the list of countries with regulatory problems in combating money laundering and financing terrorism.

The FATF is an intergovernmental organization responsible of developing policies to combat money laundering and terrorism financing. It also monitors countries’ progress in implementing the FATF recommendations in this respect. (Sudan-Money-Laundering) Enditem
