The opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) has wished God’s blessings for all Muslims in Ghana and the world over on the day of the celebration of the Eid ul-Adha – the Muslim feast of sacrifice – on Monday September 12.

The Nasara Coordinator of the NPP, Kamal Deen, in an interview with Chief Jerry Forson, host of Ghana Yensom on Accra 100.5 FM, on Monday said: “We (NPP) wish all Muslims and Ghanaians Allah’s blessings.”

He added: “As we go for the elections on December 7, we (Muslims) should not allow ourselves to be used by politicians.

“We pray for peaceful elections and in the end, Allah will choose a president that will ensure the welfare of Ghanaians.”
