BAGHDAD — A total of 38 Islamic State (IS) militants were killed on Thursday in airstrikes by international aircraft and in clashes with security forces in Ramadi, security sources said.

JERUSALEM — A Palestinian was shot and killed by Israeli soldiers during clashes north of Hebron in the West Bank, the third Palestinian killed on Thursday, amid the ongoing violence in the country.
