The National Judicial Council has unanimously agreed that Justice Salami be reinstated and a letter be written to the President to effect the decision.

Embattled former President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Ayo Isa Salami appears to have found succour as the National Judicial Council (NJC) has this evening recommended that he be reinstated back to his former position.
Justice Salami, who was suspended August last year after a public confrontation with the just past Chief Justice of the Federation, Justice Aloysius Katsina-Alu, had vowed to fight on after he was controversially suspended.
