The National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey has described the NDC administration as the worse government in the history of the country, even worst than any military regime in Ghana .

Mr. Obetsebi-Lamptey made the statement while addressing party faithful at the Dome of the Accra International Conference Centre on Saturday, where the NPP officially presented the 2012 Manifesto for adoption by delegates, at the party?s Delegates Conference. The theme for the conference was ?There is hope for Ghana?.

The Chairman of the opposition party advised party’s delegates to rise up and rescue Ghana from the doldrums of hopelessness it is currently in, saying that Ghana dsperately needed to be rescued from the jaws of incompetence the NDC government.

He told delegates to consider it a national duty to bind together and work towards ensuring victory for the NPP in the December polls.

According to him, the security of Ghana’s future, their children and their children’s children depended on the NPP winning the elections and transforming the nation. Mr. Obetsebi-Lamptey called on party faithful to stay united to ensure the battle is won by the NPP come December 7th.

He asked them not to be complacent, adding that the NPP’s biggest enemy is not the NDC but they the NPP followers since they are the only ones who trip themselves.

He therefore urged the supporters to work hard to ensure the ultimate goal is achieved so that the NPP will have another opportunity to rule the country.
