Customers of Airtel Ghana, the CIMG Telecoms Operator of the year, have expressed their satisfaction with the network on a range of service attributes in the latest Cellular Mobile Satisfaction Survey conducted by the National Communications Authority (NCA).

wpid-AIRTEL-300x207.jpg?In the area of Level of Satisfaction with Service Attributes of the survey, Airtel Ghana scored the highest on Coverage, gaining 82.0 percent and also topped the Reliability of Service category with 82.2 percent. The company further expanded its footprint in the region of Availability of Service (Maintainability) leading its competitors with 77.3 percent.

On Data and Internet connectivity, Airtel was first on Presence of Signal and came second on Ability to Stay Long with 82.7 and 78.7 percent respectively.

In the ?Overall Quality of Service? category, Airtel scored 81.6 percent which is over and above the KPIs and benchmark of 75 percent established by the Authority.

According to the NCA, the survey was intended to capture consumers? evaluation of service attributes and expectations from all mobile service providers as we measure the level of service delivery in the mobile telephony industry.

Commenting on the findings released by the NCA, the Executive Operations Director of Airtel Africa Christophe Soulet said, the team at Airtel goes to great lengths to ensure that its network is constantly up and running so that customers across the region can enjoy superior experience on both data and voice services. He thanked Ghanaians for staying on the Airtel network and making it their service provider of choice.
