Namibia’s foreign exchange reserves declined to a five-month low of 28.5 billion Namibian dollars (2.3 billion U.S. dollars) at the end of November, statistics provided by the central bank on Sunday show.

The Bank of Namibia attributed the decline from a higher level of 31.6 billion Namibian dollars (2.55 billion U.S. dollars) at the end of October, mainly due to exchange rate fluctuations and net commercial banks purchases of foreign currency. Enditem
