MTN Ghana is moving the MTN Customer Service Centre at Osu from the Woodin Building on Osu Oxford Street Accra, to the Supreme Building, 11th Lane, off Oxford Street, near Universal Merchant Bank, Osu Branch.wpid-mtn-logo26.jpg

In preparation for the move, the last day of operating the MTN Customer Service Center at the Woodin Building would be Friday, January 16, from 7:30am to 5:00pm.
MTN customers who require Customer Care Services from January 17 to January 19 may visit nearby service centres such as Busy Internet Office, Roman Ridge and 37 Shell.
Alternatively, customers may also access the MTN Self Service by dialing 1333 or call the MTN call centre on 111 or 100 for assistance.
Speaking on the relocation, the Acting Customer Care Executive, Mr Lawrence Akosen indicated that, MTN?s cherished customers could expect even better service in a safer, more convenient, spacious and customer friendly environment at the Supreme Building at Osu, starting Tuesday, January 20 at 7:30 am.
?We sincerely apologise for any inconveniences this may cause,? he added.
MTN also wishes to assure its customers of its commitment to continue to provide innovative and quality services for it valued customers, Mr Akosen said.
