PHNOM PENH — Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen on Monday reiterated the country’s support for the China-initiated Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and Silk Road Fund, saying that they are key sources of capital for infrastructure development.

SEOUL — South Korea and the United States on Monday kicked off their largest-ever annual war games, weeks after the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea’s nuclear test and long-range rocket launch, Combined Forces Command said in a statement.

BAGHDAD — At least 51 people were killed and some 70 others wounded on Sunday in a suicide truck bomb attack on a security checkpoint in the city of Hilla, capital of Iraq’s central Babil province, a local security source told Xinhua.

KUALA LUMPUR — The suspected new debris found in French overseas Reunion Island in the Indian Ocean could be from the missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 according to the drifting calculation, a Malaysian official said Monday.
