Police investigate Aaron Odo’s death

The Enugu State Police Command has commenced investigation into the death of Aaron Odo, a middle aged man, who was found electrocuted inside his house.

Ebere Amaraizu, the state’s police spokesperson, said on Sunday that neighbours saw the deceased lying in the sitting room while still holding a naked wire in his right palm.

“The victim, who was alleged to have been electrocuted on August 28, 2012, at about 4.30pm in his parlour while trying to plug a certain electronic gadget, was seen lying dead while still holding an alleged naked wire in his right palm,” he said.

According to him, the body has been deposited at Our Saviour Mortuary for autopsy.
