Embattled Hiplife sensation,Kwaw Kesse will today appear before court for the fourth time.

Kwaw kesse aka abodam was arrested on 22 November in Kumasi for smoking publicly at a spot close to popular +two pub close to a police barrier.

The Kumasi Police Command denied him bail and processed him before the KMA circuit court presided over by Judge William Boampong where he got remanded to the Kumasi Central Prisons.

Kwaw Kesse was denied bail twice by the KMA circuit court because the use of narcotic drugs is unbailable.

After the two attempts to seek for bail failed,the legal team moved the case to the Kumasi High Court to seek bail on health grounds but he was denied a third time because his legal team failed to produce health records.

Various musicians have called on the Judiciary to temper justice with mercy.

Kwaw kesse has since his arrest started a massive campaign against the use of nacortic drugs by the youth.
