The Kwahu South District Chief Executive Hon. Joseph Omari has commended members of the assembly for their co-operation and hard work during the year.
He said, he was pleased that members did not exhibit any sign of partisanship in their work. Hon. Omari made the commendation at the First ordinary Meeting of the Second Session of the Sixth Assembly in Mpraeso.
The DCE said the assembly has made giant strides in the provisions of infrastructure and mentioned some of the completed projects as, the construction of 3-unit classroom block, office store, toilet and urinal, construction of no-10s seater vault chamber latrine at Asubone-Odumase, construction of 10-seater vault chamber latrine at Bepong, construction of 10-seater vault chamber latrine at Pitiku, completion of latrine at the Mother’s Hostel Atibie, construction of 10-seater vault chamber at Obo Senior High School.
He indicated that all the above mentioned projects are indication that the assembly is on course.
He also advised Ghanaians not all to allow politics to divide them, rather Ghanaians must ensure that peace, which is a prerequisite for sustaining life and property is maintained at all times.
