A group calling itself National Youth Coalition-Ghana of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) has accused the Presidential Candidate of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dunkwa Akufo-Addo for setting the platform for Kennedy Owusu Agyapong to make his monstrous statements when he first declared “all-die be-die.”

The General Secretary of the Coalition, Richard M. Suleiman briefing the media in a press conference in Accra pointed to the fact that  Akufo-Addo’s declaration has enthused the owner of the Kencity Media to imitate and emulate him which the group noted that it will not auger well for the whole nation if these unfair statements continued.

“Kennedy Agyapong’s monstrosity has broken the NPP’s victory pot and has paved the way for the NDC to retain the seat to prolong the better Ghana Agenda.”

The General Secretary also noted that the horrible remark of Kennedy Agyapong is a threat to national security and commended the police service for their gallant effort in arresting him.

He added that irresponsible people could go to any length to bribe jobless folks to ignite fire in the country thereby causing commotion.

Richard Suleman, who also double as the chairman of the G20 club in the three Northern Regions advised all party followers to be vigilant and careful with their sayings adding that when politicians have their differences, they should address it but not at the expense of the people.

He said, “Politicians should not interfere in the affairs of the police or the law enforcing agencies but should allow the law to take its full course in the case of Kennedy Agyapong.”

“We the youth of this nation support and champion moves in the right direction but not negative statements that could devastate the country,” he averred.

The Vice Chairman of the group, Moses Akordi in a brief statement caution the youth to refrain from violence adding that politicians are deceitful.
