Kano Pillars head coach,Baba Ganaru

Kano Pillars head coach, Baba Ganaru is slowly improving after he and several members of his backroom staff were involved in a car crash on Thursday.
Ganaru, Kabiru Baleria and Abdullahi Maikabu were seriously injured after the vehicle they were travelling in was involved in an accident with a stationery vehicle in Kaduna on Thursday.
The stricken trio were subsequently admitted at the Kwanar Dangona clinic before been transferred to Murtala Hospital in Kano on the orders of the Kano State sports commissioner, Professor Umar Jubril.
Spokesman of Kano Pillars, Idris Malikawa revealed that the trainer?s situation is much happier following good work from the medical personnel attached to him.
?Baba Ganaru is getting better. This morning, he met members of his family at the hospital. There is a marked improvement in his condition when compared to when he was admitted,? Malikawa said.
Pillars are the current leaders of the NPL and win the title last season under the leadership of Malikawa.
