Since the increased penetration of e-commerce in Africa has had a positive impact on the economy of countries across the continent.

IMG-20160528-WA0015However, to fully achieve this goal Jumia Ghana has entered into partnership with Mobile Network Operator, Tigo, Ecobank and Infinix to launch the second edition of its Mobile Week dubbed Jumia “Mobile Week Reloaded”.

During his presentation, the Managing Director of Jumia Ghana Mr Jean PhillippeBoul, explained that, the celebration is set to storm Ghana with 1000 phones, starting from May 30th to June 5th.
“With huge discount on Mobile Phones. We are giving our customers up to 35% discount on all mobile devices . Jumia will be offering major discounts on known brands such as Infinix , Itel, Sumsumg , Innjoo and Huawei.

Jumia Ghana will alocate each day to a specific brand , though you can still purchase other brands at the discounted prices”, he explained.

According to him, the company has been revolutionizing the way of accessing the Ghanaian market for mobile brands for two years now. By providing trustworthy , direct and fast access to products for the end of customers.

With the click of a button customers will have their purchase delivered to their doorstep.
Mr .George Mensah- Asante ,the Executive Director of Ecobank and also the Head of Consumer Banking, stated that as market leaders , it is their obligatory to lead the way in the provision of customer friendly financial products and services to the market.

This he said, they shall continue to leverage technology and relevant strategic partnerships for introducing new products.

This , we shall continue to do in pursuit of our broad aim of contributing to the economic development and financial integration of Africa.

Kinmo.cai, the Country Manager of Infinix, said, the company has grown to one of the leading and most competitive smart phone producers in Ghana and the Africa as a whole.
“As usual we intend to give our cherished customers quality and affordable devices.
From 1000pcs in a month we are now pushing over 65,000 monthly across the length and breathe of Ghana. But of course these figures were attained with the help of Jumia an online marketing company which has a great deal of success of her own”, he noted.

This he said, the current collaboration will catapult both brands to the next level in this industry.
