TOKYO — Three people were killed after a small plane crashed into a residential area in Tokyo’s suburb area of Chofu city Sunday morning, reported Japan’s broadcaster NHK.

BANGKOK — A total of 17 Chinese tourists were injured after their tour bus overturned in south Thailand’s Phuket province on Sunday, China’s consular office in Phuket said.
