YAOUNDE — Fourteen people were killed and several others injured in a suicide bomb attack on Sunday evening in Cameroon’s Fotokol town, on the border with Nigeria, army sources have said.

VIENNA — The Iranian foreign minister said the marathon nuclear talks could go as long as necessary, when meeting with the Chinese foreign minister on Monday.
