The Headmaster of the Juaben Senior High School (JUASS) in the Ejisu-Juaben Municipal of Ashanti Region, Very Rev. Isaac Osei Boadi has appealed to the government, PTA, Old Students as well as Non Governmental Organisations to provide the school with infrastructure in order to ensure quality education.

He emphasized that the school has been making waves in the education sector in recent times, but due to lack of infrastructural development such as classrooms, dormitories, staff bungalow, Vehicles, among others are hampering its growth.

He said the school depends on the dining hall for every program or during school functions and appeal for Assembly Hall complex for the school.

He was full of joy that despite the limitation of the school, it is now recognized as one of the best 2nd cycle Institutions in the region, irrespective of its how active participation of the stakeholder in school?s vision.

Rev Osei Boadi made this appeal in an interview with The Moment during the preparation towards to mark the 40th anniversary, speech and Prize Giving Day which will take of 13th of October this year.

According to him, the students stands at One Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty Seven and this year they are expecting to admit about Seven Hundred Students because of lack of dormitories and classrooms to accommodate more students.

He explained that they normally use dining hall for all activities done by the school and stressed the needs for an expansion because it cannot hold the population of students which sometimes they go there in batches during dinning hours.

The Headmaster was worried about the abandoning of the school during the distribution of Mahindra vehicles to the schools stressing that Juaben SHS is also promoting girl child education of which the population of ladies in the school is about Eight Hundred.

He appealed to all sundry to assist the school by constructing staff common room and also fencing of the school to prevent encroachment of the school lands and other criminal activities.

He commended the Chief and the people, Board of Governor, PTA, who have contributed to the school to stand on its feet.
