Jordan Ayew’s first hat trick for the Black Stars and captain Asamoah Gyan’s lone goal enabled the Black Stars to finish their preparations ahead of the Brazil 2014 FIFA World Cup in a grand style as they walloped South Korea by 4 – 0 at the Sun Life Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.

The twenty-year-old striker came on to replace injured Abdul Majeed Waris who suffered a knock in the second minute from Swansea City’s central midfielder, Kim Si Yueng.

Jordan’s first goal was a pure brotherly partnership affair as he received a cut in pass from his elder brother Andre Ayew from the left and slot in from a close range in the 7th minutes.

In the 45th minutes, captain Asamoah Gyan capitalized on a defensive blunder to register his name on the score sheet to make it his 40th goal for the Ghana Black Stars.

Jordan Ayew continued to write his goal cheque on the 54th minutes when he struck from outside the eighteen to make it 3 – 0 for Ghana. However in the 89th minutes, the youngest son of soccer maestro Abedi Pele connected from Albert Adomah’s cross from the right to make it 4 – 0 for Ghana.

The Black Stars are in Group G with; Germany, Portugal and the United States of America.
