The suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Mallam Sanusi Lamido, on Tuesday, May 20 lost a suit filed against President Goodluck Jonathan over his suspension from office.

In a judgment ruled at the Federal High Court in Abuja, Justice Gabriel Kolawole said it had no jurisdiction to hear the matter as it is a dispute between an employer and its employee.
Kolawole said, the National Industrial Court, is in the best position to hear the matter.
