Ghana back John Mensah has rubbished the alleged practice Juju leveled against the Black Stars 28th during the African Cup of Nations Cup.

Former Serbian coach Goran Stevanovic Black Stars in his report Nations Cup caught “Juju” as one of the reasons that the team caused error.

And that, according to the Leicester City defender of the whole team name dragged into the mud.

“The Juju assertion has really painted black, classes and cooperation and it was all over us in the foreign media,” he revealed on Happy FM Thursday morning.

Mensah added: “I can vouch for my colleagues that nothing of that kind happened in camp, we do not practice juju, juju really works, we would have been super people because one believes exist in Africa that juju.

“We do not fight in camp as observed by many, we got for the semifinal because that was where God wanted us to learn.

“We were more than disappointed, we have learned our lessons well, and will finish the unfinished business in future competitions,” said the former Fulham Defender.

Mensah joined the championship last season, but are inconsistent, making him consider leaving the lower league.

The Black Stars finished fourth in the last Nations Cup co hosted by Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.
