Hollywood actress Jessica Alba and film producer Cash Warren have officially finalized their divorce on Thursday, February 13, 2026, bringing their nearly two decade long relationship to a legal end.
Court documents obtained by entertainment news outlet TMZ confirm that the former couple’s split has been completed. They will share joint custody of their three children, aged 17, 14, and 7. Neither party will pay spousal support.
As part of the settlement, a 3 million United States dollar payment will go to Warren to balance the division of their assets. The sum will be paid by Alba in two installments, 1.5 million United States dollars immediately and another 1.5 million United States dollars in one year. Alba has also legally restored her last name to Alba.
Marriage History and Separation
Alba, 44, and Warren, 47, first met in 2004 on the set of the superhero film Fantastic Four. Alba played Sue Storm while Warren worked as a director’s assistant. They married on May 19, 2008, in a quiet courthouse ceremony in Beverly Hills, California.
The actress filed for divorce in January 2025, shortly after the pair publicly announced their separation. Sources at the time described the proceedings as extremely amicable.
Despite their split, the former couple has maintained a positive co-parenting relationship. Alba shared a heartfelt Instagram tribute to Warren on Father’s Day in June 2025, writing that their children could not have a better father.
She praised his warmth, kindness, and patience, adding that he knows just what to say to make their children feel safe and supported after every conversation.
Life After Separation
Both Alba and Warren have moved on romantically since their separation. Alba has been dating actor Danny Ramirez, who appeared in Top Gun: Maverick, since July 2025. The couple was first spotted together returning to Los Angeles from Cancún, Mexico.
They have since traveled together to Australia and were photographed celebrating New Year together in January 2026. Alba officially went public with the relationship on Instagram in November 2025.
Warren has been linked to model Hana Sun Doerr and actress Seanna Pereira since the separation.
Business and Career
Beyond her acting career, Alba co-founded The Honest Company, a consumer goods company focused on baby products and household items. The company went public in 2021 and has made Alba one of Hollywood’s most successful businesswomen.
In a 2024 podcast interview before the divorce filing, Alba spoke candidly about relationship dynamics, stating that while the first two and a half years are rosy, couples can become roommates after that point, just going through the motions.
Alba has emphasized that she is learning to let life happen rather than trying to control everything. She told entertainment outlet Extra that what is meant for someone is what will show up and what will happen.
Children and Family
The former couple shares three children: daughters Honor Marie, 17, and Haven Garner, 14, and son Hayes Alba, 7. Court documents indicate they will maintain joint legal and physical custody of all three children.
Family outings and shared milestones have continued during the separation, signaling a commitment to stability for their children. Alba has consistently described motherhood as her primary focus while balancing professional responsibilities and personal growth.
The divorce marks the end of a long chapter for both Alba and Warren, who have handled the proceedings with maturity and respect. Representatives for neither party have publicly commented on the finalized divorce.
