The Overseas University Entrance Examinations organized by Javsalynn Foundation in collaboration with the West African Examination Council (WAEC) and some foreign universities with the aim of enhancing quality education and requisite certification for higher standards and level education has officially taken off in nine regions across the country.

The examination which is being organized by the West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) offers the opportunity to applicants to prove their worth as far as the program is concern as they write English, Mathematics and General Papers.

In all sixty (60) applicants have applied and registered for the examinations in the Greater Accra Region and took their examination at the Accra High School.

The examination? started at exactly 9:30am with English Language as the first paper with four absentees, three for the University level applicants and one for the Pre-University applicants.

The examination which was supervised by officials from the WAEC was conducted under strict but serene atmosphere for the candidates.

JAVSALYNN Foundation is an organization that awards scholarships to Ghanaian students to pursue undergraduate and post graduate studies abroad.

Javsalynn Foundation?deal?with?intentions projects programmes and activities for the renaissance,?education and development?of the youth.

According to the Director, Gideon ?Aryeequaye the Foundation’s Overseas Universities?Entrance?Programme (OUEP) is a?programme?designed by the Javsalynn Foundation to select candidates to acquire?tertiary education?abroad with the support of Javsalynn and the contributions of the candidates.

The selection of the candidates is through a written examination, which the candidates have undertaken today, and an?interview.

The examination and interview are?conducted?twice in a year.
