Three goals of Elizabeth and Deborah Danso Addo, Alex Evan Afriyie were enough to ensure that the black princesses of Ghana beat their Tunisian counterparts in the first leg of the qualifiers for the women’s World Cup Japan U20.

The black princesses play for victory even at that one had to rely on a 24th minute equaliser away soil to continue their pursuit of victory over the rails.

The Tunisians took the lead earlier in the game converted a penalty for the equalizer before Elizabeth Addo at the end of the first half on a score all line.

In the second half, Alex added two more goals and Deborah Danso Eva Afriyie for Ghana to wrap up the game.

The black princesses by this score line are certain of making the world cup trip a certainty since another convincing victory in the return leg in a fortnight is expected in Accra.

The black princesses have an impressive run in their previous qualifying matches 5-0 victory over the statistical hurdle South Africa.

The women’s U20 World Cup in Japan is expected to be held in August this year. If successfully, this will be the second consecutive world cup princesses after participating in the last edition in Germany in 2010.
