In an interview with Closer Weekly, Danny DeVito admits he had the time of his life acting on Broadway in the revival of Arthur Miller’s dark family drama The Price, which had its final show this Sunday, May 14.

“I really dig it,” the 72-year-old former Taxi star enthused to Closer about his time on stage, adding that he had “a ball being there every night, doing eight shows a week.”

He tells Closer that doing live theater “is amazing.” And his stage work has earned him a Tony Award nomination for actor in a featured role in a play, yet Danny is already looking forward to his next project.

“I’m going to go to London to [make the movie] Dumbo,” he shares, promising, “You haven’t seen anything yet!”
