It is against this backdrop that the Institute designed and launched the Professional Certification Programme (PCP) in September, 2002.

The PCP is a four-level professional HR programme facilitated by highly-seasoned professionals as resource persons. The PCP has weekend and evening sessions which are both run at the HR Centre?.

Mr. Alhassan Andani, Managing Director of Stanbic Bank-Ghana, recounted the role HR plays in every establishment and charged the new Graduates to show leadership and professional ethics with the knowledge acquired.

The Vice-President of IHRMP, Mr. John Wilson, also reiterated that the practical nature of the Institute?s professional Programme adequately prepares students for the job market, and therefore encouraged all HR University & Polytechnic graduates to pursue further training at the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana.
