Duncan when asked whether he feeling the heat was quick, the experienced trainer was quick to swat it aside.

“I wish the people talking about pressure would define that word as it relates to football to me because various fields of human endeavor use the word pressure,” Duncan said at Friday’s press match conference.

“A vulcanizer can use the word pressure, somebody in the field of chemistry can talk about pressure, physics, they can talk about pressure even medicine they can talk about pressure from that perspective.

“In football, when you talk about pressure we have got to be specific but I can conjecture what they mean by pressure in the sense that maybe I can hazard a few words to describe their concerns.

“Maybe are they talking about we being anxious, are they talking about we being edgy? , are they talking about we being nervy under the circumstances that they have specified- other clubs have won their two games.

“I have always maintained that even during off-season when there’s suppose to be no competition, a coach will definitely be under pressure.

“At every turn of the profession there’s some work to be done- if it’s off-season you are talking about recruitment, if it’s in the season, you are talking about your upcoming game

“So as a coach you live your daily life under it, so we have become used to it.”

Kotoko will be facing a Medeama side also battling to save their campaign after two straight defeats to AshantiGold and Hearts of Oak.

They look to be boosted by the return of all players on the injury list.

Defender Emmanuel Asante; midfielders, Randoff Kwasi Nti and Frank Sarfo Gyamfi as well as strikers Dauda Mohammed, Kwame Boateng and Adzeko Mandela have recovered from their various injuries.
