Hearts intensify gym work at pre-season, Goalkeeper Tetteh Luggard, Nuru Suley and Rubin Gnagne

David Duncan has veered into light ball works and gym exercises as he steps up the pre-season programme with his Hearts of Oak side. 

The Phobians are training at the Lizzy?s Sports Complex in Accra with three season signings Selasi Adjei, Emmanuel Hayford (both signed from Amidaus Professionals and defender Kwaku Andoh.

Duncan will take his side through further physical works and light balls works as he seeks to build a solid physical strength before using the last two weeks of the pre-season to play warm-up games.

The 2o-time Ghana Premier League title winners will sign two more players before the transfer window closes at the last day of August.

Duncan expect to have a full compliment of his team with new arrivals before last two weeks of the pre-season.
