Ghana has improved its head-to-head record against Egypt after thumping the Pharaohs 6-1 in the first-leg of the 2014 World Cup playoffs in Kumasi on Tuesday.

The result means Ghana have improved their record against Egypt to seven while drawing five times with Egypt.
