Great Olympics coach Walter Yankah has launched an astonishing attack on the club’s Chief Executive describing him as a ‘drunkard’.

The pair have been on warpath since Chief Executive Officer David Fuga demanded for the dismissal of the coach for his perceived incompetence.

The former Premier League campaigners have struggled for consistency this term in the National Division One League where they risk being relegated to the country’s third-tier league.

They have amassed a paltry 11 points from 9 games and lie just a point above relegation zone.

But the under-fire boss insists the club’s dwindling fortunes could be attributed to the negative attitude of the veteran football administrator.

“This man (Fugah) is the trouble of Olympic because of his negative attitude towards the side. He interferes unnecessarily and that has worked against the club,” an incensed Yankah told Accra-based Happy FM.

“When we played our last game, he was totally drunk and slept throughout the game and so I don’t why he goes about tarnishing my image and questioning my technical competence,”

“I don’t think he’s fit to run a club like Great Olympics. He hoes about claiming he’s the shareholder while he knows he’s not

“There are people when they come out to the public to speak, they don’t do soul searching before opening their mouth to speak.

“He must shut up and let the technical team do their work”
