The Newly appointed Chairman of the Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (OSOPADEC), Pastor Johnson Ogunyemi, has assured the indigenous students of Ilaje and Ese-Odo Local Government Areas in tertiary institutions of regular payment of bursary and scholarship and other benefits.

Ogunyemi gave the assurance during a congratulatory visit to his office in Akure by the Executive members of the National Association of Ilaje Students (NAIS) and the Federation of Ese-Odo Local Government Students (FELGOS).
He told the representatives of the associations that they will not be deprived of their entitlements.

The OSOPADEC boss further assured that the payment of bursary arrears will be promptly attended to as soon as the commission gets all the necessary information from the schools for verification.
In their Remarks, the Presidents of NAIS and FELGOS, Com Segun Ekudehinwa and Com John Tewe thanked the Chairman for giving them a well deserved attention.
They urged the commission to pay special attention to the development of the coaster areas and the people in the state.
