The artiste will join 6 other celebrities on the show

Big Brother Africa has revealed that seven celebrity housemates will be part of the seventh season of the reality TV show.

This was disclosed after three images of the newly designed house were exposed.

With the Big Brother StarGame starting on Sunday May 6, a $300,000 winner prize and contestants doubling up to play, the 91 day reality show is already shaping up to be exciting entertainment.

The Starmates who will make their entrance at the show are Goldie Harvey, Nigerian pop music sensation; rapper Prezzo from Kenya; and award-winning songstress Lady May, from Namibia.

Others are Ghanaian entertainer, stand-up comedian and television pro, DKB; socialite, model and South African businesswoman, Barbz; R&B diva, Mampi from Zambia; and soulful musician, Roki from Zimbabwe.

M-Net Africa MD, Biola Alabi, said the response from fans and viewers had been impressive.

“It’s super to see the high level of interaction StarGame is getting from fans, media and viewers. The guessing around who the housemates will be; people trying to work out what Biggie is planning; the rumours and the speculation. It all adds to the excitement,” Alabi said.

“It’s great for the show to get this type of support from the Big Brother community who really do engage with it, even before it starts on air. I want to thank them and promise that we’re working hard to deliver a great series.”

The Big Brother StarGame will be aired on AfricaMagic Entertainment and DStv channel 198.
