Ghana’s headline inflation fell 0.2 percentage points to 9.3 percent in November, the Ghana Statistical Service announced here on Wednesday.

Inflation for the previous month was 9.5 percent, relative to the 9.8 percent recorded in September.

The food inflation rate for November was 8.6 percent compared with 8.9 percent recorded in October. The non-food inflation rate for November was 9.7 percent compared with 9.8 percent recorded in October.

The main price drivers for the non-food inflation rate were Transport (13.7 percent) , Recreation and Culture (13.3 percent) as well as Clothing and footwear (12.6 percent). Enditem
