Ghana FA suspends the Robert Mensah Stadium in Cape Coast

The Ghana Football Association(GFA) has suspended the home grounds of Cape Coast Ebusua Dwarfs from hosting games following the recent physical attacks on match officials. Furious supporters of Ebusua Dwarfs charged on center referee Kojo Kyeremanteng from disallowing a late equalizer in their 1- 0 home defeat to Aduana Stars.

The matter which is currently with Ghana FA’s Disciplinary Committee but the venue has been suspended as a precautionary action waiting the verdict.

Welbeck Abra-Appiah said. A new venue for Dwarfs is yet to be determined, meaning their crucial week 21 league fixture against league leaders Asante Kotoko will be played from their favorite Robert Mensah Sports Stadium.
