Ghana?s Black Stars will play neighbors Togo in a friendly match ahead of their Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against Mauritius later this month.
The friendly match will be honored at the Accra Stadium on Monday, June 8.
Ghana will use the match as part of preparations for the opening AFCON qualifier against Mauritius which will be played in Accra on Sunday, June 14, according to a release by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) on Wednesday.
The Hawks of Togo also faces Liberia at home in their qualifying match.
Ghana, silver-medalist at the 2015 AFCON in Equatorial Guinea, is housed in Group H of the qualifiers alongside Mozambique, Rwanda and Mauritius.
The Black Stars will kick-start the Nations Cup qualifying campaign with a non-residential camping on Thursday. Enditem
