The Primeval Media event did not only attract a large following, but succeeded in drawing some of the big shots from the football, entertainment and the media landscape.

Last Saturday?s exercise, unlike the previous 11 editions, focused more on networking and the need to pay more attention to regular exercises in the coming years.

Head of National Sports Authority (NSA), health division, Dr Prince Pamboe and a colleague took participants through health and exercise tips.

The fun-packed three-hour exercise was crowned with a short perfomance by the ?Versatile man? Okyeame Kwame and some comical display by Asempa FM morning show host Kofi Asare Brako and Joseph Langabell, chief drummer of the Black Stars.

Former Ghana captain Stephen Appiah made his fourth appearance and autographed some ?Tornado? balls for participants.

Other celebrities that graced the event were former Black Stars striker Augustine Arhinful, Maxwell Konadu, deputy Black Stars coach, actor Adjetey ?Pusher? Annan, Ibrahim Sani Daara, Fortune Alimi, Editor of the Daily Guide, Happy FM?s Charles Osei Asibey among others.

The exercise, which has caught up well, especially among members of the corporate world, resumes the last Saturday of January 2015.
