He has thus won the elections to represent the NDC in the 2016 elections as a Parliamentary candidate.

wpid-Fiifi-Kwetey.jpgHe made over 80 percent of the total votes cast in the Tuesday primaries as he grabbed 14,610 votes as against his two contenders, Sylvanus Amedorme and Famous Kuadagah’s 1,375 and 637 votes respectively.

There were 340 rejected ballots and the election witnessed low turnout.

Ahead of the Tuesday elections, the primary was put on hold due to a suit filed against the party by a disqualified aspirant, Jim Morti.
