A Letter From AdamThe premiere took place at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST) CCB auditorium on Saturday evening.

Though there was a heavy downpour an hour to the commencement of the red carpet event, it had an encouraging turn out.

Hundreds of students came out in their numbers to see the movie.

There were two shows: one started from 7pm to 9pm and the other from 9:30pm to 11:30pm.

The movie?s cast, including Lydia Forson, Akorfa Adjeani-Asiedu, Louie Lartey, Maxwell Beganim and Funny Face as special guest, were on the red carpet to hang out with students.

Credit for the movie started rolling with a round of applause from audiences at the auditorium, an indication that they were content with the movie.

The crew arrived in Kumasi for the premiere on Saturday morning and visited some student hostels to announce their presence.

They received a rousing welcome from students of the Africa Hall. Students took photos and even sung a happy birthday song for actress Lydia Forson for her belated birthday on Friday. The team was on YFM and Luv FM to talk about the movie.

A Letter From Adam is a romantic drama directed by Atlanta-based Ghanaian director Sam Kessie and produced and written by Lydia Forson. Lydia is looking at further touring with it.

It is a contemporary story about love, loss and hope that will draw audience into a realistic cycle of life seen through the pain of loss, the journey of self discovery and the courage and strength to find hope in the face of adversity. Set in the busy yet simple city of Accra, A Letter From Adam seeks to give audience an often neglected truth about love?that love doesn?t always come in the form one expects it to.
