The presidential candidate of the Convention People Party (CPP)?Dr Abu Sakara is calling on all political parties in the country to desist from politics of violence ahead of the upcoming general elections.

He was speaking in an interview in his Adabraka office in Accra.

?Governments should instead, positively engage the youth in the search for a lasting solution to debilitating problems such as extreme poverty and hunger, education other problems which the people of Ghana are facing,?

He called on the youth to make job creation a key factor in determining who to vote for in the general elections.

According to him, the future of the Ghanaian youth is worrying; adding?the youth form about 70 percent of Ghana?s population there is no clear cut policy to address their concerns.

Dr Abu Sakara said, governments should positively engage the youth in the search for a lasting solution to debilitating problems such as extreme poverty and hunger, education and other problems the people of Ghana are facing.

?Politics of insults has now become a canker eating deep on the fabric of many Ghana politicians which need to?be avoided from now before it becomes more deplorable.?

He explained the need for political parties to desist from using young people for mischievous partisan political activities.

Touching on why Ghanaians?should vote for him in the upcoming general?election, he said, Ghana needs someone who can come and solve problem but not to?expand?problems.

He was therefore desirous to win the presidential seat in the coming general polls and pay serious attention to education in the country.
