Brazil?s coach,Luiz Felipe Scolari comes to this game with two major issues of concern.

First his current top scorer, Neymar, is out with injury for the rest of the tournament after he fructured a vertebra in the game against Colombia. The Barcelona forward has been instrumental in all the games that Brazil has played in the 2014 World Cup tournament and he will surely be missed by his team mates.

The second headache for the coach is his captain, Thiago Silva, who will not be available in this game as he is serving a suspension after collecting a yellow card in the quater finals.

ALL PLAYERS AVAILABLE FOR GERMANY

On the other hand Joachim Low the German coach, has no such problems tonight. All his first eleven players are fit and none is facing suspension. Their skipper, Philip Lahm has been playing as a holding midfielder and right fullback. It will be quite? interesting to see where he will be deployed in tonight?s game against the five-time champions, but he is likely to go back to his traditional role at the right back, to counter the Brazilian quick wingers.

GERMANY HAVE BEEN CONSISTENT IN WORLD CUP TOURNAMENTS

Germany is the only country to reach the semi-finals of the World Cup in four consecutive tournaments and the two teams have met only once in the World Cup in 2002, where Ronaldo scored a brace to help Brazil win 2-0.

Germany?s Miroslav Klose will be the all time leading Word Cup top scorer if he scores in tonight?s game. He currently ties with Ronaldo of Brazil.

Manuel Neuer, the German?s goal keeper, has kept the most clean sheets in this competition (3), while Brazil?s Julio Cesar has only kept one.

Brazil has not lost in any of their last ten games with their skipper T. Silva; the Samba Boys have won eight and drew in two. Mueller and Neymar each have four goals in the tournament so far.
