Accra, Nov. 28, GNA- BusyInternet, one of the leading internet service providers (ISP) is to organise blood donation exercises on Wednesday to support the Korle-Bu Blood Bank.

 The initiative forms part of activities to mark the company?s 11th Anniversary celebration.

 Speaking in an interview with journalists on Tuesday, Mr Praveen Sadalage, Managing Director of BusyInternet said the occasion would be climaxed with a donation of computer lab to Al-Waleed Comprehensive Junior High School in Accra.

He explained that the first phase of the donation involves eight sets of computers and its accessories, internet connectivity, and a three month training package for students.

Touching on some of the achievements of the company, Mr Sadalage said due to BusyInternet?s high standard and commitment to customer service was adjudged the Charted Institute of Marketing Ghana ISP of the year award winner for three consecutive times.

He said BusyInternet with its range of training programmes had equipped many youth with Information Technology entrepreneurs skills, which had been highlight in trained events, training, debates, as well as a growing community of IT entrepreneurs.

?BusyInternet story has not only been featured in Ghanaian media but also in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal for it dynamism and transforming the local economy to meet the opportunities of the digital age,? he said.
