LBA Africa Consult, a business development and consultancy firm on Monday organised a

day?s seminar for women groups within the Sekondi/Takoradi Metropolitan

Assembly (STMA) on skills to growth to sustain their business.

vegetable exportsThe training brought together, hairdressers, caterers and market

women who were taken through nine business models: Key partners,

key activities, value propositions, key resources, cost structure,

customer relationships, customer segments, channels and revenue

streams.

Ms Cristina Serradell, from LBA Africa, which is based in the

Greater Accra Region, said small and medium enterprises lack the

basic tool to enable them grow their wealth, hence the training

afford them the skills and knowledge to do the right things in

business.

Mr Roland Gershon, STMA Director of the Community Development

Department, expressed gratitude to the people for the training and

encouraged the participants to employ the new skills and knowledge

acquired to grow their businesses.
