BOPP Gets SEC Extension to File 2025 Full-Year Accounts

Benso Oil Palm Plantation PLC (BOPP) has informed shareholders and the investing public that it has received an extension of time from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to submit its full-year 2025 audited financial statements.

In a notice signed by Financial Controller Benjamin Appiah-Manuh and dated March 30, 2026, the company said the new deadline for filing the accounts has been set for April 30, 2026.

BOPP is listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange and is headquartered at Adum Banso Estate in Takoradi, with its Tema office based at Wilmar Africa Ltd on Beach Road.

The company did not provide reasons for the delay in the notice.
