Kwame ?Conte? Bonsu

The Ghanaian stars making impact in the Swedish top flight league will not be complete without mentioning Kwame ?Conte? Bonsu.

Kwame ?Conte? BonsuHis short stint in the Swedish League notwithstanding, he has already carved a niche for himself and is tipped by the local media to ride high in the coming weeks.

The 20-year-old? Mjailby AIF midfielder has peaked in performance? since departing from Ghana last year, after an illustrious? career with Heart of Lions, hitting the back of the net four times from 22 games.

Bonsu, having featured 20 times for Mjailby, emerging as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) on three occasions, believes he is ripe and would be available for any midfield national role that would be handed him by the national Olympic team, Black Meteors or the Black Stars.

?My maturity and high sense of duty, I believe, attracted my current employers to hand me first team shirt.

?I believe I have become a better player since joining the Swedish League ? that is not to say the league back home is of low standard. Maturity comes as the days roll by, and I think I am undergoing that process.

?Ghana is blessed with a lot of midfielders but I think I will have a place in the Olympic team when given the chance. I have settled well in the Swedish league. I believe this is the time to compliment the good work my colleagues back home are doing,? the Rosengard loanee added.
