Ghana U-17 women?s team coach Mas-Ud Dramani has hailed the mentality of striker Jane Ayiayam.The 15-year-old scored a brace to help the Black Maidens to a 2-0 win over China on Sunday.The win saw the girls make history as the first Ghanaian side to get past the group stage at a World Cup.The Ash Town Ladies? leading marksman now tops the goal scorers chart with four goals haven scored in all of Ghana?s games so far at the World Cup in Azerbaijan.Ayieyam?s impressive form has earned praise from many including his coach who believes the best is even yet to come from the youngster.?One good quality of a player is the mental toughness and she (Ayieyam) has that,? he told Accra-based Radio XYZ.?Her mental toughness is top notch and she is also very strong.?I believe she will get even better as the tournament goes on because she is very strong.?She does not get easily tire and can even play 120 minutes of football of she has to.?Ayieyam who spots the number 3 jersey just like leading Black Stars striker Asamoah Gyan will again be needed at her best when Ghana takes on giants Japan in the quarter finals on Friday.
