Moro Abubakar believes Hearts are heading in the right direction and has told supporters it is only a matter of time before everything clicks into place.

The capital-based side have been adapting to a new style of play after David Duncan was sacked under controversial circumstances and Mohammed Polo took charge.

Hearts dropped points against Aduana Stars to leave them six-point behind rivals Asante Kotoko in the title race.

Captain Moro Abubakar is confident there will be an upturn in the team?s fortunes as they adjust to the philosophy of the new trainer.

?There has to be a bit of patience,? he said.  ?It?s always difficult changing styles, and when a new coach comes in there?s normally a settling in period.

?But we?ve got the right ideas, and I believe we?re heading in the right direction.

?We?ve played some good stuff, although we dropped points against Aduana Stars. We?ve got to keep fighting hard.?

Hearts travel to Wa to face under-pressure All Stars in their next Premier League game on Sunday.
