FRANKFURT — A suspected member of the Islamic State (IS) has been arrested provisionally in the western German state of Rheinland-Pfalz, German media reported on Tuesday.
German special forces arrested the suspected IS member in a raid in the southwestern German town of Mutterstadt, according to a dpa report.

UNITED NATIONS — The UN General Assembly (UNGA) is expected to adopt an agreement on globally resolving issues on refugees and migrants at a high-level meeting to be held on Sept. 19, UNGA President Mogens Lykketoft said on Tuesday.
