Ghanaian industrialist, Apostle Dr. Kwadwo Safo is expected to begin commercial production of cars in the country next year.

Kwame Nyameba-Bempah, Public Relations Officer (PRO) of Kristo Asafo Mission, who disclosed this to BUSINESS GUIDE in an interaction, said the move is in response to calls on Apostle Safo, Founder of Kristo Asafo Mission to produce his vehicles in commercial quantities for the Ghanaian market. 

He said the construction of a new mini assembly plant for the production of vehicles was underway.

Nyameba-Bempah averred that by January 15 2014, Great Kosa Company Limited would host engineers from China who would undertake the installation of equipment for the automobile factory.

?Hopefully by March 2014, we will start the test run of the assembling plant and in May we will go fully commercial producing between 120 and 240 cars a day.?

The Kristo Asafo PRO stated that the company will first release cross-country cars, salon cars, buses and expand its production range in future.
